All Products For WooCommerce Subscriptions v2.4
Still holding onto that Subscription Box idea? Now’s the time to make it happen! All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions v2.4 makes it easier than ever to offer Product Bundles and Composite Products on subscription. The new release offers switching support for these product types, allowing customers to modify their subscription box contents mid-term.
What’s New
Subscription Switching for Product Bundles and Composite Products
For a while now, All Products for Subscriptions (APFS) has made it possible to sell Product Bundles and Composite Products on subscription. However, customers who purchased a Bundle or Composite on subscription had no way to edit the contents of their box/bundle/kit.
With APFS 2.4, the “Upgrade or Downgrade” button that allows customers to modify the plan/configuration of subscribed line items is now available for Product Bundles and Composite Products. Customers who have subscribed to a configurable Bundle or Composite can now modify its configuration:
Note that plan changes for editable Bundles and Composites are not possible — APFS only supports content changes for these product types. Additionally, if you have set up Subscriptions to prorate upgrades/downgrades, you’ll find that proration calculations are disabled when modifying the configuration Bundles or Composites in existing subscriptions.
Lots of Smaller Features, Improvements and Fixes
Notable:
- Performance optimizations for Product Bundles and Composite Products with subscription plans.
- Subscription plan discounts can now be applied before or after adding Product Add-On costs.
- Improved responsive table styles on all add-to-subscription tables to prevent clipping issues affecting action buttons.
